Question: 2006 hyundai sonata- wont start?

I went to start my car last night and it did start, however after letting it warm up about 10 minutes, I returned to find all the dash lights on including the check engine light. So I turned it off and attempted to restart the car. The lights and fan came back on, the engine turns over, but it doesn't start. I feel fairly confident that its not the battery, alternator or starter, since its turning over and as of this morning everything else comes on. I had the fuel pump replaced one year and one week ago so now the shop will not cover it if that is what went out. Before I have it towed anywhere does anyone have any insight on what else it might be and what I could check at home? Thanks!

Does the car have an immobilizer system? If yes, lock the car with remote twice and unlock with remote then try to turn engine over again and see if it starts. If so, you will have to change probably the transponder (around ignition key)

First thing that comes to mind is fuel filter, but that is not likely. Another thing, and I would guess you checked is, there is fuel in the gas tank? If possible for you to do, check and make sure you are getting fuel, than check and make sure it is getting fire to the plugs. And you are smart in knowing it is not the battery, alternator or starter, it would not turn over if they were a problem.

Whats wrong is ur timing chain tensioners... Does ur Sonata make hella noise when you start it?
