I have a 1999 Hyundai Sonata 4 cylinder engine. It is a interference motor. Timing belt broke so I had that the timing belt and the other one, replaced at a shop. I picked it up from the shop and on the way home the car stalled out. The ECU fuse blew, changed it and had to charge the battery. I got it home and looked at it. I found that the alternator belt was about halfway off, so I fixed that. The engine is running real rough, shakes and I can hear a tapping clicking sound from inside the engine I believe. So the mechanic that replaced the timing belt said that he thinks it needs a new computer but I dont believe he is right, it wasn't messed up before and the engine ran alot smoother and didn't make a tapping sound. The sound seems like it is coming from the head. When you start the engine it reves high at about 1500 rpm and slowly goes down. What do youll think it is? Do you think the timing belt was put on wrong? What order should I check stuff in? Thank you very much I really need help to fix this car.

In my 1999 Hyundai Sonata GLS V6 2.5 the Transmission will not shift into low gear.?
So when i try to pull out i have to shift into low gear manually and remember this is an automatic transmission and then shift to second gear and then drive and it runs like a top after that so whats the problem.. it has run like this for 3 years.
Why does the A/C in my 1999 Hyundai Sonata only work when I press on it?
So it started out that the A C would come on sometimes when I'd turn it on. Then, I had to press it in for a second and it would come on. Now, that works but only at half speed. High speed works but only if I wiggle the knob and hold it in the whole time i.e. someone else driving. The air blows cold and the fan works fine but is there anyway I can fix the knob so it works all the time without me having to hold it in? And how do I get to the wiring?
